The lady on the phone refused to tell me if there was availability for a haircut because I didn't want to download the app. This is ridiculous and rude and she honestly should be fired. That is driving customers away and bad for business. Will not be going there again and will be sure to let others know

Place is normally pretty quick to get you in & out.... TODAY on a Tuesday @ 1145am, had 4 people in waiting area, 1 stylist cutting hair, 4 stylist in the back.... 3 of the stylist walked outside on their phones and left I guess while there are still 4 people waiting to get their haircut..... Not sure I will be back!
